Location was great but the water quality wasn't as good in the hotel.

Ideal location, the balcony was lovely to sit out at in the evenings. Staff were friendly.

The shower in the bath wouldnt work, we had to use the bath as a result and the bath water was brown. We also booked a double bed but instead we got two twin beds. We didnt realise that the spa was seperate and that you had to pay to use this - it would have been better to be informed about this beforehand as when we went to book the spa it was actually booked out.

Location is everything with this hotel and the facilities are more than required, will return

Lack of info on arrival around things such as the adult club and the vip area. Think the bar being on the lower floor also leads people not to bother using on way in/out

In summary, this is a great hotel, and the price point that it is targeted is more than reasonable for an all-inclusive

The hotel was very clean and is in an excellent location which we knew as we have been to the area before. The food was very good and the quality of the drinks were excellent.

If I’m being very picky, the hotel could really do with some sort of face lift it is quite dated in parts. I am only marking down the service of the staff because of 1 main reason and this was the gentleman who worked behind the bar at the pool, he really did spoil it as his colleagues were excellent, he was tall with glasses. Very miserable with no pleasantries.

Good location but dirty water and inconsiderate staff

Nice location and food quality good

The hotel boiler failed and the water was brown for our whole stay and we could not have a shower. We complained to the reception and they just laughed and said there is nothing they can do until the boiler is fixed. No compassion or concern was shown. The hotel room was tired and the balcony was dirty and had rotten wood. Disappointed and we will not be returning

Very nice stuff. Convenient location. Good for a few days.

Very good location close to the beach and awesome view.

We asked for double bed, but we got two single beds next to each other without and bigger materace so it was not convenient to sleep together… I seriously do not why the hotel has double bed in the offer if they cannot provide it. It’s hotel for British people visiting Tenerife, so you can expect all what they like without any Spanish/Canarian authenticity - a British sanatorium.

Location was superb and the staff were very good. Room was spotless and the facilities were great.

Choice of vegetarian food could have been better. I am vegan and there wasn't a great variety for me.

We had a great stay, the food was great and is at a short walk from the beach.

We had a spacious room, a large bathroom and a small fridge tooThe buffet for dinner and breakfast was good, with lots to choose from. The hotel wasn't too crowed and it was easy to get a place by the pool.

There is not much I can say about what I didn´t like, as in whole we had a very good stay. The only thing that I might mention is that the beds weren't too comfortable, they were probably a bit old and just need changing.

Location was good, only a 5 min walk down to the beach via a slope or steps or lift/escalators (if working). Breakfast was plentiful and varied - hot/cold/pastries/savoury etc Room was a good size for 2 people

No air conditioning for 7 out of the 9 days wasn't good The minibar fridge never got anything cold, we thought it was broken so called the maintenance team, they looked and said yes the panel at the back is cold so its working - it didnt even get a small bottle of water cold

value for money, probably good for families with kids.

the location is great. the food at breakfast was okay enough. the personnel is very friendly. my room was looking to the sea, with a great sunset view.

the room was not cleaned when we checked in. there were hair and dust combinations on the floor, a lot. especially under the small side tables and corners. then the next day when housekeeping lady came, we told her and she cleaned it very well. please repair your electrical outlets as well. the left bed side is not working. i guess the balcony lights are automatically controlled. i wished it was not like that. we really didn’t like the forced lights when we sat there at night.

If you must stay in Adeje, this is a solid pick

Great breakfast. Nice pool area and good location (if you want to stay in Adeje, but i prefer Playa de Las Americas, since its got way more life, feels much safer and is overall a much better location). Big, comfortable beds and a big balcony. Big parking garage that is very close to the hotel. Supermarkets and bars right across the road. Beautiful sunset from the room and nearby area. Great value for money

The central area where the reception is looks amazing. You can tell it was once a great hotel. It still is, but it really needs some renovations. Some of the fences, for example in the main hall and in our room, are quite janky and when i leaned against the fence in the main hall, i felt like it was going to break and i will fall, and im not even a heavy person. Also, when showering with warm water, it was literally brown, like i was bathing in mud, so i had to shower with cold water instead. Not sure if thats a Tenerife thing or just this hotel.

Very enjoyable I would return.

Buffet breakfast was excellent. All staff were very helpful. Our room was very close to the night life area and on the first night the noise from loud music kept us awake and our son and his children in a separate room were also kept awake. We spoke to, reception in the morning and were immediately moved to two rooms away from the night life noise. Evening entertainment was very good.

The only bar operating was the pool bar, except the day of a storm warning. It would have been nice to have the option of the lobby bar at least in the evening.
